If your journal entries, tasks, or other content don't seem to be loading or updating correctly, try these steps in order:
Refresh the page — A simple refresh often resolves temporary loading issues.
Check your internet connection — TidyJot requires an active connection to sync.
Log out and back in — Click your profile avatar, select Sign Out, then sign back in.
Clear your browser cache — Open browser settings, clear cached images and files, then reload TidyJot.
Try a different browser or device — This helps identify whether the issue is specific to your current setup.
