"My data isn't syncing"

If your journal entries, tasks, or other content don't seem to be loading or updating correctly, try these steps in order:

  1. Refresh the page — A simple refresh often resolves temporary loading issues.

  2. Check your internet connection — TidyJot requires an active connection to sync.

  3. Log out and back in — Click your profile avatar, select Sign Out, then sign back in.

  4. Clear your browser cache — Open browser settings, clear cached images and files, then reload TidyJot.

  5. Try a different browser or device — This helps identify whether the issue is specific to your current setup.

If none of the above works, reach out to Up-n-Up Club support with a description of what's happening, your device type, and your browser.
