Every task in TidyJot can be linked to a Focus Area, keeping your to-do list organized by project.
1. Automatically (via AI)
When TidyJot's AI extracts tasks from a journal entry, it automatically links those tasks to the relevant Focus Area. These tasks show a "From Diary" badge in your task list.
2. Manually
From the Plans page: Click + Add task directly within a Focus Area card.
From the task list: When creating or editing a task, select the Focus Area from the dropdown field.
Once linked, tasks appear both in your main task list and on the Focus Area card — with checkboxes you can tick off from either view.
