Every day card in the Plan view shows a small capacity label:
- Light — plenty of room.
- Medium — a reasonable day.
- Full — a busy day.
- Overbooked — carrying a lot; consider moving something.
Capacity is based on the anchors and tasks on that day. On full or overbooked days, the Plan suggests a gentle Café break and may nudge you to move one thing.
