The Calendar always opens to the current month, with today's date highlighted by a dark border.
To move between months:
Click the < arrow (top right, next to the month/year label) to go back to the previous month
Click the > arrow to move forward to the next month
The month and year are displayed prominently at the top right of the Calendar (e.g., April 2026). Each page shows a full Sunday-through-Saturday weekly grid for the selected month.
💡 Tip: There's no limit to how far back you can browse — scroll back through previous months to revisit older journal entries and see how your mood and productivity have shifted over time.
